Yes. Most major insurance plans cover telehealth psychiatric visits. We verify your telehealth benefits before your appointment.

Which services are available via telehealth vs. in-person only?

Telehealth: psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care. In-person required: Deep TMS, SPRAVATO, IV therapy, NAD+ infusions, and all procedural treatments.

Is my telehealth session private and secure?

Yes. All telehealth sessions use HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platforms. No sessions are recorded without explicit consent.

Can I get a new patient evaluation via telehealth?

Yes. New patient psychiatric evaluations are available via telehealth. Depending on your treatment needs, some follow-up services may require an in-person visit at our Newport Beach or San Juan Capistrano clinic.
