We treat a comprehensive range of psychiatric conditions including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety & panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, autism spectrum, and suicidal ideation.
How do I know which treatment is right for my condition?
During your initial psychiatric evaluation, Dr. LaFrenierre will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, history, and biology to recommend the most appropriate treatment approach. This may include Deep TMS Therapy, Spravato®, medication management, or a combination of therapies.
Do you treat patients who haven't responded to other treatments?
Absolutely. We specialize in treatment-resistant cases. Both Deep TMS Therapy and Spravato® (esketamine) are FDA-approved specifically for patients who have not found relief with standard antidepressant medications. Our Accelerated TMS SWIFT Protocol is also available for faster results.
Do you offer telehealth for ongoing condition management?
Yes. Our telehealth appointments are available for psychiatric evaluations, medication follow-ups, and care coordination for patients throughout Orange County and California. Some treatments require in-person visits at our Newport Beach or San Juan Capistrano clinics.
Are your providers board-certified psychiatrists?
Yes. Our clinic is led by Dr. Stefani LaFrenierre, MD, who is double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She earned her medical degree from UCLA and completed her residency at San Mateo Behavioral Health. Learn more on our about page or meet the full clinical team.
